Meet Mallon Homes
Mallon Homes started in 1987 in Southern Oregon. Their first endeavor as a small business was pouring foundations and framing houses. By 1994, Tim & Trudy decided to move to Boise and began building a small 12 home subdivision. Since then, they have had the opportunity to work with many homeowners, in many places. Each home and homeowner has a story to tell. Building a home from the ground up is truly an adventure and Tim & Trudy consider it a privilege to work with each potential homeowner to help navigate them through the building process, and most importantly to help them see their vision, realize their dream and make it into a reality.
Mallon Homes is a family-oriented, Christian organization. Tim & Trudy are hard workers who diligently uphold the highest work and moral standards from their employees and vendors. They have had the opportunity to see their children grow up, get married and have children of their own and know the importance of having a place to call your own to enjoy family memories. Tim & Trudy feel very blessed over the years and feel that it is their responsibility to give back to the community by building quality homes.
Tim is truly a “hands on builder”. He is the first one at the site in the morning and the last one to leave at the end of the day. Trudy organizes and manages the building process from start to finish. Both work directly with the homeowner to ensure all of their home building needs have been met. Both strive to ensure that the home building experience is enjoyable and that the end product is absolute quality. No matter what, at the end of the day, it has to right. Every time one of their homeowners walk through their door, in their very own home, Tim & Trudy want it to be the place they most enjoy being.
