My husband and I decided after 41 years to pursue a dream to build a new home. We began the adventure by finding a builder. We came upon a home that we loved, and the builder was Mallon Construction.

We met with Tim and Trudy Mallon and immediately had a great connection. They listened to our ideas and our adventure began. They made the experience so much fun, picking out carpet, tile, Bathroom fixtures, etc.

All the people/contractors that worked on our dream home were professional and knew the quality of work that was expected from Tim and Trudy.

We have lived in our dream home for a year and 6 months now and we wouldn’t change a thing.

We met with Tim Mallon in October of 2005 in Boise after viewing one of his homes in Settlers Bridge Subdivision.  Our experience from start to finish was more that we could have expected.  We were building the home from Albuquerque, to be our final home after 34 moves.

Every communication with Tim or Trudy was responded to immediately.  Every appointment that was made on my visits from Albuquerque to Boise was accomplished on time and every stage of the construction exceeded our every wish and expectation.

I made several changes during construction, even to the extent that windows had to be taken out and the location changed.  There was no discussion, other than, "of course, we can do that" and it was done.  There were some additions that required extreme technical knowledge and those things were also accomplished.  The quality of every detail of the construction was evident from the beginning. 

The home was completed on time, the closing went without the slightest hitch and what could have been a nightmare (building a home long distance) turned out to be one of the best experiences of our lives.

We have lived in the home for almost a year and are just as happy with every detail as the day we moved in.

Mallon Construction built our home for us last summer, and they did an incredible job! Tim and Trudy Mallon are wonderful to work with. They both helped us custom design every detail of our home while helping us stay within our conservative budget. We always knew exactly what our costs would be.

Also, we believe the quality of a Mallon Construction home cannot be beat. Tim and Trudy took personal pride in the gorgeous home they built for us, and every detail of the building process was handled smoothly and efficiently. We had access to Tim and Trudy throughout the entire time our home was being built and even after it was finished. Our questions were never left unanswered.

Mallon Construction builds quality homes.  That's the bottom line. When I have co-workers approach me about how my home building experience went, my reply is I would give them an A+. 

I have had three homes built in the last 15 years.  The first two would receive a C- and a D.  The Mallon home we live in now on our ten acre farm is the benchmark. Building my first home I heard the adage "you get about 80% of what you ask for".  That was true of my first two homes, but not the case with Mallon Homes. I literally got over 100% of what was asked for.  How could you exceed 100%?

They actually tore down framing (moved windows) upon request, no questions asked.  I got the home I wanted down to the detail. They have a long term relationship with their sub-contractors who have the same reputation for quality.

The finish carpenter was a master of his trade.  He took the time to ask about detail finishing.  It was a custom job when his work was complete. If you want quality home, at a fair price, from a straight-forward honest builder, go see Tim and Trudy. Mallon Homes is among the best in the business.

Our building experience with Tim and Trudy was fantastic!  Even from the very beginning we received personal attention and were constantly involved in the building process.  They took the time to make sure we were satisfied with each step in the construction process, and were always available to discuss any issues that we had.
