About Tim and Trudy…

We started Mallon Construction in 1987 in Southern Oregon.  Our first endeavor as a small business was pouring foundations and framing houses. By 1994, we decided to move to Boise and began building a small 12 home subdivision.   Since then, we have had the opportunity to work with many homeowners.  Each home and homeowner has a story to tell.  Building a home from the ground up is truly an adventure!  We consider it a privilege to work with each potential homeowner to help navigate them through the building process, help them see their vision, realize their dream and make it into a reality.

Mallon Construction is a family-oriented, Christian organization.  We are hard workers who diligently uphold the highest work and moral standards from our employees and vendors. We have had the opportunity to see our children grow up, get married and have children of their own.  We know the importance of having a place to call your own to enjoy your own family memories.  We have been very blessed over the years and feel that it is our responsibility to give back to the community by building quality homes. 

Tim is truly a “hands on builder”.  He is the first one at the site in the morning and the last one to leave at the end of the day.  Trudy organizes and manages the building process from start to finish.  She works directly with the homeowner to ensure all of their home building needs have been met.  Both strive to ensure that the home building experience is enjoyable and that the end product is absolute quality.
